This was a really good visit. I am concerned that it took 6 phone calls and threats to cancel my service for our schedule to finally be accommodated. This last service got charged for the same 100 dollars. Same as the previous 6 services. Except that this time it was done completely as ordered. The previous 6 were done on a weekday when I work and not on a weekend when I am available.
Is there a refund in my future ?
