I am very happy with the individual who services our house. But I am disappointed in the billing department. It seems that I have two accounts, for two different properties. The checks that I sent were being applied to only one. We talked on the phone and I requested a breakdown of what payments have been applied to which account, and a clear indication of the two different account numbers. That was two weeks ago and I still have not received anything from them.
