We were quoted $445 to remove raccoons from our attic but when the service technician came to our home, he would not set the trap in place before we paid for the work to be done and he charged an extra $222.00 to do that. Very disappointed. Then your company used the excuse that the reason why you charged the extra money was because you used two methods of removal, which I find interesting, because you had no idea that this was going to be the case and nowhere did you state that you would be charging two different fees for one job.
