The cat guard was not completely installed and the guy left with the job incomplete. We called twice and sent pictures and two days later no one here to complete this job. The man left with no communication no sign off nothing. We purchased the premium service and have not even gotten the job done correctly. Now out deck cannot be rebuilt until this job is complete. The area where mice were getting in is still left with no cat guard along with others areas missing cat. How can you say you provide a premium service and leave with the job incomplete. One phone call and someone should have been out here to finish this job. One phone call should not have been necessary.
