Excel Pest Management is a fantastic service with extremely knowledgeable technicians. I have worked with Excel several times over the last year, and each issue is resolved in a timely and professional manner. Jose showed up earlier than expected, on short notice, and was even able to calm some of my wife's nerves about pest control and its effectiveness (knowing they are there and seeing them are two totally different things). He even checked up on us several days after the appointment! Lastly, Excel is very cost effective and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of at any time. Overall, I would recommend Excel to anyone having issues with unwanted pests in or around their homes. This is an honest review from a real customer, even though it sounds more like a commercial; however, that is just how satisfied I was with Excel. Thanks guys!
