I am happy with your service, however We had Lenny as our tech and he hasn't been around for the last two (2) applications. We like Lenny and he is very informative when we have questions. We would like to have him back. We had this problem with another service company. They couldn't correct the situation so we left them and came to McCalls, mainly because our neighbor is also a customer and he couldn't say enough good about Lenny, so we signed up.
