Otis is a boss. We use him for a couple of condo buildings, and he always comes through, is professional, and very thorough. He is the only reason why we are using Rose for this project, and we will be asking for quotes for other services.

I had been already decided on another company, but they seemed inept and inefficient. I and the board are very happy with the switch so far. Also, I've never heard a discouraging word about him for our other projects. If anything, I feel stupid for not thinking of him first.
