An update to my previous review, yes my review reflected a poor experience but I only relayed factually what happened today, and I believe in reviews so that they can help other consumers, I also use this forum to make consumers aware if the vendor make things right, Hampton Roads Termite & Pest Control does listen to the customer (me) and will make things right, they read my review and did listen and corrected my situation and I must commend them for that and for that they deserve a proper correction to a negative review. They made things right. So I can say that I would recommend them and share my experience.
