Up until just now I was going to refrain from submitting a critical review. This includes commenting harshly about garbage and equipment, specifically latex gloves, caulking, and ladder parts, left on my yard from services performed last week. (Photos: https://photos.app.goo.gl/9zvYksXf1diQUp237). I had planned on communicating my disappointment and dissatisfaction only directly with Doug and Corey upon their return.

Further, I personally had to provide a ladder 'stand-off' as the technicians were not prepared with one and their weight on my gutters was potentially damaging. Since I offered, the technicians took a stand-off from a personal ladder, and installed it onto their ladder. Otherwise, they would have had to delay services, reschedule, and/or damage my property causing additional stress and costs.

I am writing today because while I was told by the technicians that they would be returning this morning,Tuesday, 9/8/20, to complete the work, no one has arrived and I had to call your call center to determine why no one has yet arrived while I scheduled my morning to be here for their arrival. Had I (the customer) not called, I would have continued to wait while no one yet from your company called me to let me know of a request to reschedule.

To complicate matters slightly further, over this holiday weekend my wife was contacted by a colleague to ask for a referral of the bat removal service we contracted with. We did provide
Dylan O'Sick's contact record. In the future, I would only speak highly of Igor; however, I would, if asked, have to be honest with friends, family, and colleagues of the situations mentioned above...and not sugarcoat it.
