Over 15 years. In the past 2 years, the service has greatly improved. Prior to that, the service was spotty, with some quarterly visits no longer than 10 minutes. Also, the increase in cost has been rising significantly. Overall, the service now is prompt, efficient and we have had no problems with pests.
