So far I am pleased with the level of service I have received from Catseye. While I am still in the early stages, the people I have had contact with thus far have been very helpful, professional and friendly. Leo came out and did the inspection, and was very patient and knowledgeable. Jonathan came and did the first treatment and he was very friendly and explained everything to me. The girls in the office, Lucky and Clarissa, that do the scheduling were great. They had me down for times that wouldn't work, but within an hour had a new schedule for me that was much more convenient. I have my second appointment today, so we will see what happens.
