I have been a patient of Dr. Charles Waisbren for the past 20 years. He always greets me with a hand shake and a smile. He is thorough with his exams and cares very much about keeping his patients healthy. In emergencies Dr. Waisbren always makes time for me to see him immediately. He affords each of his patients time to ask and answer questions, without making you feel that you are working against the clock. The doctor's staff works diligently to ensure future appointments are booked before you leave the office -- with a friendly follow-up reminder card mailed at least one week before the appointment.
I appreciate the doctor always taking time to discuss any concerns and/or questions I might have.
Like all other doctor's offices, patients must be prepared to wait beyond their scheduled appointment to see the doctor. Dr. Waisbren's wait time is always less than 1/2 hour.
