We were happy with the first person who came to assess and give us an estimate, but the person who came to do the treatment did not wear a mask or shoe booties in the house as the first person had done, and at one point put the insecticide sprayer down on our kitchen floor where my baby crawls. Also, the method of treatment was different then what was originally told to us in the initial assessment-ant mounds were sprayed rather than injected with insecticide. We were concerned that nearby toys may have been sprayed. The company was courteous when I called to express my concerns, and plan to speak with the employee, but that doesn't change the experience we had unfortunately. We are now waiting 2 weeks and just hoping none of us were exposed to COVID-19:(.
