I called Francis Animal and Pest Control because of there years of experience. The technician who arrived was very knowledgeable and reviewed the service. I had requested that Francis remove a wasp nest which was at ground level. The technician sprayed the nest and than said, she would not be back. It was up to me to remove the nest in a few days. I paid what I thought was a lot of money and also thought the job was not complete. Outside of spraying chemicals on the nest, which too about a minute, I felt I did their job! I would not all them again.
