Earthwise was very responsive to my termite problem. Their employees were very pleasant to deal with and communicated what was going to be done at every step of the service.

My only issue was the lack of neatness in filling holes in the concrete surrounding my house. Ryan came back and knocked down the material that was spread outside the hole that was drilled to apply the pesticide. I don't expect to have everything perfect but the work could have been reduced and the look would have been cleaner if the person applying the patching material had dabbed a wet sponge so only the hole being filled (about the size of a quarter) showed instead of smearing the material across a swatch of the concrete surrounding the drill hole on my patio (exposed aggregate) and walkway around my house.
