Cruz, our technician, is awesome and so helpful. He was also great about keeping the 6’ safety distance. Of course, we did not have him come inside our house, we wanted to keep both him and us smart and safe. Hope others are NOT asking him to come inside right now also. Keep the essential workers safe!
