I have no idea if it was done properly. You farmed it out and never checked anything with me. I had to chase you for a bill stating the work done that was paid in full the day Mr Harvey came to my home. I was also promised a callback the following day to see when work would start. Never happened. It was I that had to chase you. That’s not good.
Sometimes companies get too big
