Rep was friendly and professional. Identified the bugs that were "bugging" us immediately. Did a fairly thorough check in the house for possible entry points and did the spraying quietly and efficiently. He was able to take a credit card payment which I appreciated. I would like to have received a written info/warranty sheet and thought maybe it would come in the mail after his visit but no. Thought the price was a bit high but have not compared to any others so could just be living in the past :).
