Do not use this company. Very unhappy with their service from the beginning. All of the phone calls just to get someone out and not on the day when the raccoon was present. When they came to try to trap the raccoon they didn’t even look for him. They just put a trap by my garbage can and left. Charged $150. The Clever raccoon Used the trap to get into my garbage can setting off the trap but no raccoon caught. Later the raccoon ate the bait from the side of the knocked over trap. Called to have them reset and they told me to watch a you tube video or they would have to charge me $85 to come reset ?!? The ‘professional’ had to have known that where he put the trap was not good placement. When they came back to reset the trap they said there was no other place to put it?!? So I told them to remove the trap from my property. I would not recommend this business.
