My current tech, Junior, is absolutely the most diligent and conscientious service person I’ve ever had working at my home. He checks in with me each time to see if I have any concerns for him to address and then he does a thorough service job. The gophers are finally under control due to his thoroughness and checking back. My only concern is that he’s so good he will rise rapidly in the company and I’ll lose him as my tech!
