I cancelled my service after the first treatment because I didn’t find putting out granules and a couple of paper traps down effective. I kept receiving phone calls to set up a service, which I never responded to because I had already cancelled. On or about December 4th a tech showed up at my door that I could see through my app on my phone. I was not home at the time. I received an invoice for $95 for work I never okayed to be done, nor was I home to authorize. I was told that the technician treated the outside with granules. I called to again cancel, and to dispute this payment. I am awaiting a call back from a manager.
