One word describes the Branch Manager, Sean Ribet, and that's integrity. You just had a good feeling working with him. The technician, Jeff Baptista, who removed the racoon's and sealed up our attic was a real professional. Jeff was personable and explained everything in detail as the project moved along and we were extremely satisfied.
