I want to address a component of business within US Pest than has significantly oversold and under delivered; Lawn Care. Since moving into our home two years ago, US Pest has essentially ruined my entire yard. Fungus, crabgrass, "purple weeds" and brown grass dominates my yard. This is after a significant "corrective action" plan that never had management involvement, technical expertise or consistency. Most disturbing has been the several requests to have management contact me for some sort of resolution. Crickets! Lawn Care is NOT one of their core competencies. Very disappointed with both the technical support and management involvement.
Maybe shame on me for expecting a pest control company to provide quality lawn service. I would not recommend US Pest for any lawn care or service.
