Terrible Experience! Lets hope they make it right!Read below!
Good afternoon, my name is Mitch and i live in jacksonville, fl and i spoke to a super nice lady in the office two weeks ago and paid my monthly bill and asked to be billed quarterly and she was great i believe her name was tammy.
I was concerned because then they missed a weekly stop in on the 17th and i called and she issued a credit and assured me someone would be here on the 24th and i told her well its supposed to rain again that day but if they miss it because of rain make sure they are here on the 25th because i did not want it to get worse. They never showed on the 24th or 25th and i wasnt able to use my for the second straight weekend and nows its completely green and on top of that it has had a turtle swimming in it now for two weeks as well.
Today is the 30th and i havent heard back from anyone i have left several messages after waiting on hold and no response. I hold they come tomorrow but i need a plan of action to get my pool back operational by the weekend as i am having a get together on saturday afternoon.
A manager, owner, somebody needs to call me today or in the morning and we need to get this resolved. I own several businesses and this is not the customer experience you want anyone to have.
Not to mention i also use yall on the pest control side as well so i am multi repeat monthly/quarterly customer for different services.
