While the services were on time, communication was good and the tech was pleasant, I'm unable to see the value in a $400+ inspection that found no evidence of WDI. Seagate home inspections were out there at the same time, provided the report on site and indicated evidence of carpenter bees, with pictures that Frames apparently didn't see. We specifically requested a seperate WDI company outside of the typical home inspection. Frames saw nothing. Seagate indicated it on the report at no additional charge. Meh. Quite an additional expense when the other inspector found it.
