Good morning..We had your company come out to do a complete attic seal and crawl seal. Crew showed up on time. They began work. Byron's assistant Joe went upstairs to complete attic seal. About 45 minutes passed, i went outside to check on Byron. He said to me "yeah we're wrapping up, we're already late for our next job". I replied "oh, that was quick. What did you get done". He went on to explain that he sealed off hatch in exterior of house & put cement in 7 cracks along foundation. So i asked him to show me the areas, because i wanted to see what was going on. As I was inspecting and could see a couple of boards just laying along the side of foundation. So i asked Byron did he look behind this, he said " i dont generally go tearing peoples house up". So i asked if you done inspection of perimeter, you shouldve have caught that. He didnt have much to say about that. So i went on to inspect foundation. Later found 4 vents uncovered, 3 ft gap on right side of house that needed sheet metal, 2ft & 3ft gap on rear that needed sheet metal. The left side of house there 2ft. & 3ft area that needed correcting and wasnt done. I was advised by salesman that entire perimeter would be sealed totally. To make a long story short. I felt as if i hadnt took the time to check behind your guys i would've had a very poor service job done.
