Kevin came to my house to discuss retreating my house for termites. After talking to him we decided to do a retreatment We agreed on what would be done and that i needed to move thins away from walls in garage and laundry room. I spent most of my Sunday moving things to center of garage stuff out of laundry room for treatment I also opened up the holes from previous treatment so it would be easier for the tech. He was a very nice young man but told me if he treated outside wall didn't need to treat inside garage wall and in laundry room also did not retreat holes drilled in front porch.If it is a retreatment then everything that was treated previously should be treated again. Last year had a tech come out to check termite stations I have video cameras and i saw on video that he didn't check all of them and just walked up to some and kicked them.I have been a customer for almost 20 years service is not what it used to be.
