Our guy,Paul, always does a great job. He takes his time and truly cares about his customers. However, we are not happy about the decision for Bugman to do treatments every 3 months instead of 2. We had ants all around our property well before the next treatment was due. Paul said we could call anytime but, unfortunately, for us, we were so busy we summer vacations and company that I kept forgetting to call. I prefer treatments every 2 months. Then I don’t have to go out of my way to reschedule additional treatments.
