Although they were prompt the problem was not fixed. After the initial 150ish charge we got charge another 95 for a trap that caught a squirrel in the first hours and not the skunk. We then got charged another 95 for a routine visit. I had them just pick the trap up since we got charged so much already. The skunk has since been back a few nights. The service did not work and the plan was expensive with no results.
