I called on 08/23 to have them treat a customer of ours home. The girl on the phone told me they would be there Friday, 08/25. As of 09/14, I still had not received an invoice so I called to ask about and they had never went out to the property. They ended up going on 09/16 and didn't find anything at this point and then we were billed for an inspection for going out almost a month later. The amount is nominal. As good customer service, they messed up, so we shouldn't be charged. If they had to do the work, of course we should have been invoiced but to go out almost a month later and then bill us because they didn't find anything...
