I live on Capitol Hill and can recommend Innovative. Over the years, we've been visited by all sorts of critters but getting a rat under the front porch was the straw that broke the camel's back. Innovative got the rat and took care of plugging up the hole. We later got pantry moths out of the blue -- in a fairly newly remodeled kitchen. Again, Innovative handed. Augustine and Munir were/are very good. The annual contract is well worth its cost. Good service; good company.
