Arrived at scheduled time. Discussed briefly with me upon arrival what they planned to do and upon completion informed me of what they had done and and a brief summary of what they saw. Told me to give Terminix a call if I had any questions, concerns, or complaints of any of the work and they would come back to correct my concerns. The gent that talked with me was very courteous and professional and very confident which provided reassurance of their work.
