Hi, I’m really disappointed with my experience with your company. First, the 3 times someone from your company came into my house to clean/check the system they didn't ring the bell or called ahead, even though it’s specified in the instructions of the contract. You guys told me that I might need something changed from my system that costs $95, and told me that you will let me know if I need it or not (so I can decide if I want to pay for it or not), and the technician just came in, told me he was going to send the report to the office and you guys just charged me for it. The third time you guys came, didnt even left a note (as the previous time) of what services you performed and I think that’s when supposedly you guys changed something on my system and charged me for that. I don’t believe this is right at all.
