Most unprofessional business I’ve ever dealt with!!! If I could leave a negative star review I would! I’ve had 5 different appointments to have my acre yard sprayed for insects and only had a representative of the company show up to complete service twice. I was happy that someone showed up, however the first appointment anyone showed up for (second appointment made), the spray I was contracted to receive wasn’t even provided to me. Instead I received a quick spreading of granules which took a total of 15 min. The second time someone showed up (fourth appointment made) I finally received the spraying of the yard which I paid for. Again, it didn’t solve my insect problem. The next appointment I made between 2pm-4pm the tech never showed. I finally received a call from him at 6:30pm. I asked what happened and he informed me he didn’t know I was on the schedule. Finally, I try and cancel service due to their negligence. I’m informed that I can’t get my money back so I decide to give them one more shot at spraying my yard. Now I’m told since my account was transferred to the cancellation department, I can’t get any further service completed on my yard. I’m sick and tired of dealing with the delinquency. I will NEVER recommend this company, not even to my worst enemy!
