We are new customers to your service. Our first treatment in June was great and we were thrilled. In July, our scheduled appointment came and went and no one came out. I called and was placed back on the calendar. No one came out. I called again and was scheduled for a new date. No one came out. I called AGAIN and was placed on the schedule and no one came out. At this point- the month of July has passed. We did not receive our second treatment and we already paid through to October. I called AGAIN to get credited for July and was told someone would call me to start that process. No one has called. There are many things I don’t understand about our experience so far. I don’t understand why no one was able to come out the entire month of July. I don’t understand why no one was able to refund my money quickly. I am beginning to lose my patience and I have been nothing but patient throughout this entire ordeal. I hope you read my review and take action.
