My technician is EXCELLENT, he even goes beyond the “call of duty” and takes a moment to call me and advise me of his ETA. In my 20+ years being with Lloyd’s, he’s the FIRST technician to call me and give me his ETA....Considering 6 months ago I had a young man that sat in my backyard at my patio table and talked in his cell phone....then after about 10 minutes he sprayed the backyard grass, filled out a bill, hung it on the front door and left the property. I really appreciate the level of service my current technician provides me. Thank you Cheryl Gregory.
