We met with Kirk for our initial inspection. He was very courteous and thorough in explaining our path forward in getting rid of our carpenter ants. I would also like to add that Brian came out and explained the treatment process to us prior to beginning and answered all of questions and concern. Both gentlemen arrived on time and very professional.
