No, I'm not happy with the service I received from Home Paramount. I've called from the time of my initial appointment to provide feedback and try to reach resolution, but when I've called managers were not available or responsive, and almost a year later still no outreach to resolve my concerns. I'd never use this company again and will never refer anyone to this company. Horrible sales and customer service. If your sales associate states something will be done, it should be done. The service described I'd get I have not received to date. I was told sticky traps would be put down to catch the snake and not one trap has been placed in my house. The technician sprinkled a "snake deterrent" around the perimeter of the house and I've seen snakes slither right through it, and shed it's skin so what was guaranteed to deter the snakes does not work either. Extremely disappointed in the service received from Home Paramount.
