We have had Viking under contract for years. They are professional and have taken care of our issues completely and in a timely manner. Yesterday, they came out because a trap in our basement needed to be discarded and replaced. 30 minutes later, the new trap also needed to be discarded. I called Andrew, the service technician and he returned to our home after his shift was finished. He discarded the trap and placed another new one. He is extremely conscientious and professional. Andrew is a big reason why we continue to retain Viking. No one wants traps in their house once they need to be discarded. Andrew is sensitive to this and over-delivers in his commitment to customer service. Service like the kind we receive from Andrew is unfortunately a rare thing these days. Great job Viking in having people like Andrew represent your company.
