Was advised after a consult we had a medium to heavy mice presence and needed the platinum service to eradicate the infestation of mice. That was 3 weeks ago and since then they have removed only 3 dead mice and we are unclear what we really paid for. Additionally I was advised to take the monthly service but for the 50 mouse traps laid down I could have gone to HOME DEPOT spent $50 and done this myself. Not to mention we had to remind them 2X about the bees we had as wells d that was addressed poorly at best. I am really not convinced the ROI to spend this exorbitant amount of money to get 3 mice was money well spent. I feel it was not. The mess left behind by the mice I am still waiting for them to clean up. Maybe that is done on visit 3/4/5.
