ABSOLUTELY DON'T USE THIS COMPANY AWFUL SERVICE. Rude manager there who told me multiple times that he would send another person out to help me but never does. My unit is STILL broken and they never came out. I'm being charged with no service. Save yourself the headache and never use this company. My girlfriend and I have to find another company to fix what's been broken for a week. They've sent someone out 4 separate times who was incompetent and still haven't fixed it.
