This was our first time using Colonial Pest Control. Had a great experience with sales explaining the services. The technician who performed the treatment to exterminate the ants was professional, curious, and explained what services he would be providing that day. The only glitch was that he did not call when he was on the way. We had called the day before the appointment to request a call when the tech was on the way so we could get our cat in a safe location so the spraying could be done. The technician understood the situation and was very patient with us while we coaxed the cat out of hiding and assured us the call ahead would be added to our profile for future visits.
