I have an annual contract covering termites and carpenter ants. Someone came twice this summer but
did not remedy the problem either time....not even close. The person on the phone told me to just
look for moist areas around my house. Isn't that your job? I have a zillion carpenter ants still.
Everyone at the company is really nice and everyone who comes to the house is nice. The problem is
that whatever is being done is not solving the carpenter ant problem and that's very disappointing.
