I always like your company professionalisms, but in last few months lots of cancellations. I was told that someone will visit my property on weekends of 19th for outdoor seasonal spread. No one show up and no call.

We have been actively working to not only hire more employees, but also to put processes in place in order to prevent this from occurring in the future.
