For the second time, received email of inspection report/invoice but never saw tech on property. I understand contactless service but would at least expect knock or wave to acknowledge arrival and ask if any issues. We were most certainly home at date/time on both occasions but invoice states "customer unavailable to sign". I have tried multiple times to use website to no avail - very poor customer service onsite & online!
