Last month ( November) nobodies showed up to do the service my tenants kept calling/txt/ messaging but no response, I called the office and told them what’s going on but still nothing happened. The technician finally shows up for December service now I’ve been in this company for so many yrs all I can say is a little bit of communication. Have a wonderful xmas to all.
