We have just terminated McCall. Very unreliable company however the Techs are great ! We had service in early February and McCall must have wasted an entire tree in paper. Reminder after Reminder of paying $88. We are retired and travel and then we received a call to call them immediately on urgent matter. To make things worse ( if possible) we get a demand letter today March 18th we will be turned over to a collection agency ( can you believe this) our bank showed the check we sent cleared on March 16th.
