I've been a customer with Lloyd Pest Control for a very long time (10 years). I've added them to a rental property as well. When we moved into our new property, I was very disappointed that the person who came out wouldn't spray the areas by our cars because she said it was owned by the City. Unfortunately, the City doesn't maintain the property so we're left to deal with the creepy crawlies out by our vehicles, which no one is a fan of. So for this reason, I gave them a lower rating than I probably would have because otherwise, we've have a very good experience.
