Your best service is termite protection and guarantee, and your pest control. LeRoy is terrific, great, friendly, punctual and on time, and very helpful; our only regret is that we forgot to give him a Christmas present this year!

Our vapor barrier is good, and remains dry. But the notion of sealing a house is an expensive fantasy; some things were done well, but we still have mice activity, which LeRoy is trying to abate the old-fashioned way--poison. But overall I think you are great. We've been with Terminix of North (and South) Carolina since 1981, and wouldn't dream of leaving. But beware the hard sell for phony or half-baked services.
