I received a call from PestBear on Nov 6 saying that a technician would be at my home on Nov 8. No one showed up or called. I called PestBear on Nov 9th and person said I was rescheduled to Nov 15th. Someone from PeseBear should have called me about the change. Not very good customer service. Paul called my home on Nov 15th in the afternoon to say he was on his way to my home. All went well with the "termite" inspection of the 15 stations. Paul was and is very professional and told me about the bait stations and what work was done and that there is no activity to report.
